Superuser Contribution Sent a redeem code for family plan... can't redeem

Hi there, I was just sent an invite onto a family plan and when I tried to redeem the code to get Premium access, it said my code was invalid. HOW? it was just sent.

Superuser Contribution Premium Not Working After I Paid For an Annual Subscription

So the title pretty much covered it all. I've just paid $143.88 for the annual subscription (GST included) and whenever I open my Spotify I still get a banner saying that my Premium is unpaid and I'm going to lose my downloaded music?

Bonjour je viens de payer l'abonnement premium étidiant et je ne suis pourtant pas passé Premium et on m'a quand même débité 4,99 euros ! Comment faire ? Je viens de me faire voler, c'est lamentable.
