Premium just Got cut off?

family plan trouble

I cant add anyone to my family account, each time I click "add or remove people" it takes me back to the main page? I've tried going through account settings and the same thing happens.

im on a family account but im still on free

gravely disappointed in Spotify because I'm on a Spotify family account subscription and my mum paid the other day and it says I'm on the account but I'm still on free and I tried logging out and everything!!!!

Solved!! If I change my premium family head will I have to redownload all songs in the phone?

So if currently, I am with my mothers family premium account and I then we shift it to my father new family account and join there will I have to download my playlist again?
