Cannot verify my address _ keeps saying try again

I am part of a family plan. I was asked to verify my address but when I enter the address, it says try again. When I put only the street name, it says it doesnt match the address on the account!

Superuser Contribution Can’t access the Plan Manager email to the family account…

I have a family plan and the Manager email address is no longer active. I don’t want to lose everyone else’s accounts and would like to provide some other form of identification to switch email addresses. Please help.

As a Family member I didn't verify my account& I'm locked out of Premium

I received and email to verify my account which I've noticed just now and I am locked out of my Premium. I missed it by 1 day due to being on holidays. Could you please issue a new verification link so I can still be part of the family plan?
