I added family members but they dont recieve the email invite

Hi I added a member to my account (who resides at the same address i do) however they dont revieve the email invite. The account says that the invite is sent... how do i fix this as it defeats the point of having a family account. Thanks

Can't add Family members

I sent the invite to my son. He gets a code, is asked to accept and hit a link. When he does, it takes him to my account page. there's no link to him or his own playlist.
