Solved!! I can’t join our family subscription - can only change once per 12 months

I can’t join our family subscription and when I try it tells me that I can’t change twice in 12th months even though I haven’t changed my subscription for over 18 months plus does anyone know how I can get help with this problem?

I added family members but they dont recieve the email invite

Hi I added a member to my account (who resides at the same address i do) however they dont revieve the email invite. The account says that the invite is sent... how do i fix this as it defeats the point of having a family account. Thanks
