Invitados a plan familiar

Tengo una suscripcion a plan familiar y hubo un problema en el ingreso de los domicilios de mi esposa e hijo.Todos vivimos en el mismo lugar pero por dejacion o un error no verificaron domicilios y ahora no puedo ingrsarlos como invitados.

Premium for family

I have just upgraded from premium to a yearly Premium for family sunscription but it wont work. I have a reciept for the yearly payment, I have logged out and back in but the premiium for family still wont work. What do i need to do?
