I have Spotify premium in canada through my phone package wth fido. But I want to now get the family premium. How do I do this and do I have to pay double?

Cant figure premium family thing out.

So i go to add someone. It marked that person as me so it wont allow me to invite them or change the name to actually be me. So i put in my email and it says im already a member put in his and says hes already a member. Getting extremely frustrated.

Change to payments for individuals moving to family account

When an indiviual who is already a premium subcriber moves to a family account how is their indiviual subscription payment treated? Do they have to cancel the automatic monthly payment or is this stopped automatically by spotify.
