Trying to add family to premium..

I have tried to add a family member to my premium but they are not reveiving the email they are not getting it at all and even checked junk or spam its not there..Any help would be appreciated.

Spotify Family listening to the same music

I have a spotify family account with my children.We can't listen to our own music on spotify. I have to listen to the same musis as my son. When I want to listen to a song, they hear the song too.We can't listen separte to our music.,

Aparece un antiguo contacto mio como administrador de la cuenta, no lo puedo borrar que puedo hacer ? cancelar el plan PREMIUM FAMILIAR o que hago, ese contacto ya lo habia eliminado antes no se como llego a ser administrador

Superuser Contribution ¿Por que desapareció mi plan familiar?

Buenas tardes. Tenía contratado un plan familiar y desapareció de mi cuenta. Ahora estoy en Free. En la página ni siquiera aparecen mis recibos de pago siendo que el último recibo es del 22 de junio. ¿Me pueden explicar que pasó? Saludos.
