Option doesn't exist to add a family member yet I am paying $14.95 monthly

I am getting billed monthly for $14.95 for the family plan. However, the option does not exist within my Premium Family option to add and/or delete a family member. I have also reset my password, but still nothing. Please correct this ASAP.

Im currently subscribed to a family subscription however 1 account was deleted. when i check my account i only have 1 main account and 4 sub accounts total 5 instead of 6.
