Upgrade to family

I have recently upgraded and sent an invite to my daughter but it says sorry you are already a member of this or another family plan!!! Then says click to switch accounts. Is this where she enters my login details? If so it won't accept her!!

Wont let me change location and cannot setup family account now

Im set to Australia. I click on change to New Zealand and put in my local credit card, click save but still says im in an Australian account. Need to setup family premium in NZ but cannot until my location changes. Help!!!
