Credit card not accepted

Just signed up for a premium family account and I get a message back that credit card payment not accepted.I checked my credit card info, my cc account and everything is in order. There is no reason for it to not be accepted.

Can family members link accounts so that we can automatically play each other's playlists

We would like to be able to play each other's playlists regardless of which account we are listening on. Is there any way of initiating this?

Cannot change members in family plan
