Now I am ok. The one thing I suggest you to do is to find SpotifyCares page at Facebook and send message your problem frankly.Then they will solve your problem.

@pxuqf-_ewn2v, before getting in contact with SpotifyCares, you can also try clearing your browser's cache/ cookies and/ or using a different browser as well.
