My Question or Issue

Hi, I'm currently want to buy 6 month family premium plan, and I'm still in student premium. do I have to cancel the student plan subscription first or can I just directly but the family plan subscription? cause if I do, there's a warning says "it looks like you are not qualify for this offer"

I'm here to help. Are you able to change your subscription here? Also, you can just upgrade to Premium Family. Your billing date may be brought forward due to the price changes.

Hi Billy,

I want to buy 6 months family plan, but after I choose the payment method then this message come "It looks like you don't qualify for the offer, but we've found something else for you."

but I can buy the 1 month family plan, it direct me to the payment page

Thanks for letting me know all of this. 

So, can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to change your plan? Also, have you tried a different browser or a private window?
