can't switch to spotify Family subscription

My family and I were switching to Spotify family premium plan. And for some reason instead of joining an existing family, my account somehow made his own.
Can I still switch to my family’s plan? If so, how can I do it?
P.S. In attachments, a photo what it writes after I enter and confirm an address.
