cannot invite family member

cannot invite family member

I have upgraded to premium family and invited 4 members. Only two of them has received an e-mail to get started. The two others do not receive mail. I have uninvited and invited them again but nothing happens. Help.....,,.!

I Have exactly the Same issue. The Family member do not het the Email and cannot use Premium features. Where can we het support?

How can we get proper support to our issue??

Same problem here.

Same here, no email arrives at family members. Checked all their email folders including spam folders. Tried several times to resend invite and did the invites all over again. Nothing.

Spotify charged the amount already and main account works fine with premium and all. Compared to one month free single premium this is a very expensive trial.

Same problem, have tweeted spotifycares. Annoying that the email isn't sending to other member - seems a bit of a swizz

Got a voucher through the helpdesk on Twitter @spotifycares. That worked.

But no solution or explanation on why email didnt go through.

I still have this problem. Anybody found a sollution?

 

It helped writing a direct message to their support on Twitter @spotifycares.

I have this issue where the link goes through but says no web page found on my daughter invite. I don’t have twitter what do we do?

We'd recommend starting off by opening the link in an incognito window or using a different browser.

 

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if your daughter is using one.

The problem is that the link send to her in a text like this…the link is broken before she even has the chance to open it in any browser.

Are you able to add other members to your Family plan? Keep in mind that the plan is for maximum of 6 people including you, so that might be causing issues with the link.

 

If that's not the case, let us know if the link doesn't work no matter how you choose to send it - you should see the options to copy it directly or send it via Messenger, What's app, etc.
