cant add again removed member, he remaing free member

Hello, I deleted my boyfriend from Spotify, now I wanted add him back and it s not working. He logged out, opened invitation but he remain free member. Invitation is not working. First problem was his country (many years before he tries from Germany, this we fixed it). But after he still remains free member. We unistallled app and tried again, not working. I dont know what else to try.

Here are a few other things you can try:

Make sure that they're logged in to the correct account when accepting the invite. If both of you are using the same device, you may need to log out from your account first. It's also worth trying to open the invite link in an incognito/private window, or with another device/browser.

If you get an error message, saying that the address doesn't match, try updating it on your account page by removing (or adding) your street's or building's number to see if that does the trick.

Note that Members can only switch Family plans once a year, so if they've previously been part of another Family plan, they won't be able to join until the restriction expires. To continue using Premium, they can go to www.spotify.com/premium to see other plans they’re eligible for.

In any case, do feel free to provide a screenshot as @Maxim suggested so we can have a closer look.
