cant see people on family mix

My Question or Issue

Whenever I enter the Family Mix page and I tap on my family's profile Icons next to a song, I am led to a blank page.

Can you start by logging out > restarting your device > logging back in?

It's also a good idea to clear your cache with the steps here.  

If that doesn't solve the issue, could you let us know if you experience this on 3/4G, Wi-Fi or both? 

Does this also happen for other members of your Family plan?

Its also happening on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 device. Android 10. 

I deleted the app and installed it again. Same problem. Another problem I found:

When you want to hide song from Duo playlist, the song that you "hide" keep staying on the Duo mix playlist. I tried to logout and login to my account. Delete cache , and delete spotify app and install it from Google Play Store. Didn't help.  There is bugs in this version on Android , please fix it.
