El dia de hoy debo pagar mi plan pero al momento de generarlo el banco me descuenta y hablando con ellos necesito un certificado del comercio que indique el valor del pago, la fecha y que diga que no se reflejo

Are you facing issues with payments? If you need to provide the value and date of a payment, you can use the receipts for that. Keep in mind that Spotify do not issue official invoices if that's what you meant. More info on all of that here.
