Hola. Hemos ingresado como grupo familiar premium, pero uno de los integradores. Con el cual, hay dos integrantes con el mismo perfil y por ende ambos están conectados desde el correo electrónico, uno de los dos no podría escuchar su lista de reproducción si está conectado el otro. ¿Cómo puedo hacer para cambiar mi usuario y contraseña? Nunca hagamos la invitación y por más que la cancelación y la respuesta que se enviarán, siempre se enviará directamente a la página del titular. Muchas gracias.

Keep in mind that to join a Premium for Family plan, each family member needs to have their own Spotify account to enjoy without interruptions. You can find more info on how to set up your family plan here.


If you'd like to update the email address registered on one of your family member's accounts, you can kindly ask them to follow the steps below:

  1. Open an incognito or private window in your browser to make sure you're logging in the correct account you wish to update.
  2. Log in to your account page.
  3. Click EDIT PROFILE.
  4. Under Email, enter your new email address.
  5. Confirm your password.
  6. Click SAVE PROFILE.

And you're done! A confirmation email will be sent to both the old and new email address detailing the changes.
