como cancelo un plan?

El día 17/oct/2022 contrate Premium individual y casi al instante lo cancele y contrate premium familiar pero no me aparece que es mi plan por lo tanto no puedo compartir a mi familia

In this case, we'd recommend logging out and back in a couple of times and checking again. If you still don't see the Premium Family plan in your account, it's possible you've signed up for Family on a different account. In that case, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
