My Question or Issue

I have invited my daughter to join my premium family plan, but she cant join. She keeps getting the same message over and over: "It seems you are in a different country". But she is sitting at home. She does not even get to the place, where she could input our adress, because the system immediately stops the process thinking she is abroad.

That's simply because her account's country setting doesn't match with yours. You can both check it at https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/.
