me quede sin trabajo y me es imposible pagar, mi hija hizo la suscripción, pero no tengo la información para poder cancelar. ¿como puedo resolver la cancelación?

If you don't have access to the Spotify account and your daughter subscribed to Spotify without your permission, it's best to reach out to our customer support team through one of the channels here.
