My Question or Issue

 

After entering my home address, an error pops up and I can't join Family Premium. ,,Please try again later,,

Hey @rovhada, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try entering your address using a different browser or private window? Also, make sure you enter the address exactly correct and that you reside at the same physical address as the plan manager.

 

If you’re still having trouble, attach a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing and I’ll take a look.
