explicit content won't play

I have allowed explicit content in account settings for family members (family premium subscription) and it still won't allow them to play any explicit content.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Can you confirm you've enabled explicit content in both the user's app settings and in the Premium Family plan page in your browser? The steps for both options can be found in this article.

 

If yes, ask them to log out and back in a couple of times to force a resync of the account settings and if possible, ask them to check if explicit content is blocked on all of their devices and the web player or only on a specific one.
