explicit songs still blocked after premium canceled

Hi. My family and I got a family subscription a few months ago. The owner of the family subscription had blocked explicit songs. We canceled our premium subscription after around a week, but explicit songs are still filtered out. We don't have premium anymore, so we don't have access to "Family Hub," and cannot toggle explicit songs filtered out off that way. Is there a way for us to allow explicit songs again?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Could you try allowing the explicit content on your account with the steps from this page?

 

It may be possible, that the setting has been set to "OFF" once you've left the plan.
