family account manager - login fergotten

family account manager - login fergotten

Dear all,

I'm  logged-in in my account but I'm not able anymore to modify any accounts like add or delete one. How can I find out who the account manager is and how can I login when I doesn't have anymore the login data?

Kind regards

Hello @FamBruegger13!

You should be able to check the members of your family subscription here. You can learn more about managing a family plan here. On another note, I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more help logging in when you forgot your details.

Let me know how this goes 🙂

Dear Jose_M. Thanks for you quick response. I know that page and I tried to do all I could do. See the picture below. It seems, that I'm not the Account manager and I didn't know that I had an special account for that. What should I do to be the account manager? With my standard login I can't see the modify buttons on the right hand side.

Hello @FamBruegger13!

Thanks for your reply. From the screenshot you sent, it looks like the user "fambruegger13" is the Family Plan manager. If you don't remember the email address for this account, I’d recommend having a quick scan of the email accounts you own for emails from ‘hello@spotify.com’. That way you can determine which one you used.

Once you find out which email this is, you should be able to reset the password reset here and log into your Spotify account page using that email and the new password you create.

Let me know how it goes!
