I have a premium family account but when I log in I am unable to manage it and it asks me if I want to upgrade.

Hey @bumblehoof,

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account and try to manage your Family subscription here.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
