i started a family account but one of my family members don't get the email in his inbox wen i send the email to him. My son dit get him. Does enyone know wy

Thanks for reaching out to us.


If your family member didn't receive the email invite, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to send it again. You can find all the info on how to manage the Premium for Family plan here.


In case they don't receive the invitation, you can try sending it to an alternate email. As long as your son is logged into his Spotify account when joining the plan, it doesn't matter which email the invitation is redeemed from.
