family member live in different country

i am joined premium for family in one year from my family in indonesia, bt i move to malaysia to study here, and my spotify premium still fine until today. but now when i listen to music in my laptop, suddenly i become free member, and when i want to check it from my phone, it automatically logged out my account, and now i can't login from my phone and my laptop

Hey @dhinifq,

when you live at another place than your other Family members you’re not eligible for the Family membership, like it’s said in the Spotify terms:

„All account holders must reside at the same address to be eligible for the Premium for Family Plan.“
