family offer

hi I am a regular user with one account. 

I had an offer for two months of family subscription pop up but I didn't take advantage. 

any ideas on how I can now get this offer? 

I'm in the UK if that makes any difference!

I recently had a popup saying "last call" for a 2 or 3 months (can't remember exactly) family premium trial on my phone. I'd never had a popup about this before.

At the time I was getting set up in the car and had just put my phone in a landscape orientation cradle on my dash. I picked up my phone immediately to claim the offer which rotated the screen to portrait, at which point the offer disappeared and I'm now unable to claim it as there's nowhere in the app or web interface to check these messages/offers.

We pay for 2 accounts already for people in the house (myself any daughter) and my wife has also talked about getting a premium account, so a family account sounds perfect for us and the short trial would confirm if this is a good option for us long term.

Can someone point me in the right direction to claim this offer or let me know how to talk to an actual human being at Spotify?

I've also been advertised this as a duo customer, to upgrade to the family plan, but I haven't received an email so I can click the link through that. I could only access it via popup in the app, but I haven't had another one. Quite disappointing 😞
