Me and my family had a family plan throughout this whole yesr so far and had to cancel it for a little bit but then we set it back up again and it's not letting me join. I even tried changing my email and I still can't join. It says that I can only join somebody's plan every 12 months. Is there any way I could still join it? It's my only way of having spotify premium and I really need it.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Since you're seeing that error message, it means that you've been part of at least two Premium Family plans within the past 12 months, which were created by different Spotify accounts.

 

You can always re-join the plan you were last in. As long as the account used to create the plan is the same, it'll work.
