Hello guys, although the money is taken from my bank account my family members cannot activate spotify premium because of the error: we couldn't confirm your location. How can I solve this problem. Thank you

Hi, I actually have the same problem. Although I live in the same location as my other family members and put the address exactly like they did, it says it cannot varify my location. I did get connected once and was in the plan for 2 weeks, but I had put the post code wrong. I had verified my address once during those two weeks and later changed the postcode to the correct one but it still cancelled my subscription. Now I can't connect anymore with the right info. Any solutions?
