Hi

After buying the family package, I succeeded to add my 2 kids. but when I open the registration link from my wife's Android, and put in the address, Spotify tells me that she needs to live in the same country. The address I put is exactly the same like mine. I even tried to let the Location option to recognize her location at home, but it gives the

Could you please have your wife log in to her account overview here and check out the current country stated in her profile ?
