family sub problem

the web shows me that i am a premium account because i join the family sub plan but the app still telling me to buy premium but i got premium already i am stuck in this infinity loop

Hey @samsonboy,

 

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

 

  • If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  • If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
  • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

Could you double check that you're logging in with the same info in both places? It sounds to me like you might accidentally be logged into two separate accounts.

no i logged in with facebook information and my own email i only got one account and both of them are connected to one account only .Seems spotify got some problem right there because i can see my account is premium but the app still shows me that i am a free user which i have logged out and logged in for several times
