Hello from Italy, I'm the manager of a Premium Family account.

My sister (iphone 14 pro max) is trying to join but, after receiving the code to confirm the mail, she directly get the msg "This plan is only for family memeber, you can't be a part of it".  This without any request to confirm my and her address!!!  

How can I solve it??

When i'll invite someone to my spotify family, doesn't even show the adress to put, so nobody can really join that. It's so annoying
