My Question or Issue

Hi have I little problem to reach family page at first I miss press delete my Spotify app in iPad and then I loading app again so I get out of premium and my friend sent link Account Overview - Spotify to fill family from but I can't reach that place like the Attachment picture so I try to solve like accepted cookie/use other network , web bowser. but it still didn't work so how I can solve this problem

Could you let us know if this is only happening on your PC or on other devices as well?

Also, would you mind trying it from an incognito window and using a different browser?
