google mini home not received ?????????

Hi,

This is Komal. Though  my order status says its delievered but I did not receive it. I contacted all 3 i.e fedex, usps and google store. none of them are helping.

when I contacted google store, they said to contact spotify and see if you can provide another promo code to order a new google mini home from them.

Has the Google Home Mini been shipped to a different address (by mistake) or is the delivery address in the order correct but it has not arrived?

Address was correct. Status says delivered by usps but I have NOT received
it.

Apologies for the delayed response. 

Since the device is showing up as delivered, it might be worth a try double-checking with the delivery service to learn more.

Keep in mind that the offer was only for a limited time while supplies lasted (you can read more on this here) so it might not be possible to get a new code. For more info, I'd suggest reaching out to Spotify by following the link here so they can take a look behind the scenes for you.
