we have a family plan, but my daughter has gone to study in Canada for a year. She has had to change her mobile number there and now SPOTIFY is not working for her. How can she get SPOTIFY back?

Hi there! Thanks for writing.

 

For a Family plan to work properly, all invitees should have their own private accounts and can only be invited if they reside under the same address and country.

 

If your daughter is abroad, she'll have to wait until she gets back home and send the invite using the correct connection from the country and address she's at.

 

Meanwhile, my suggestion is that she subscribes to Premium in Canada. Let me know if you need further help with that!
