i cant join my family premium plan

Hello, I also have the same problem as many others on this forum. Our family plan subscription expired, and it removed all of us from the family plan. We just renewed the family plan, but now, when we try to join again, we get the error message: "You can't join this plan. You can only join another person's plan once every 12 months." Even though it's the same plan from the same person and despite trying to log in on different devices with the same account, is there a solution to this issue?

Thanks for reaching out.

If you’re seeing this error message, it means it’s not the same plan as the one you were last in. If you’ve already switched Premium Family plans earlier this year, then there’s a restriction that prevents you from joining a new one until it expires.

During this time, though, you’ll still be able to rejoin the Premium Family plan you were last part of (or one created by the same account as that plan).

In the meantime, if you’re interested, you can always check out other Premium options for yourself at spotify.com/premium.

its requesting for the address and we are entering the correct one as per our knowledge but keeps saying its wrong.

how can we check the address entered?

and how to prevent errors when being logged in spotify?
