i cant log in on my laptop

its saying i need spotify premium but im on a premium family plan

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure that you're using the correct username of the account that is part of the Premium Family plan. You can check it at https://spotify.com/account 🙂

Alternatively, you can also use the email address that is associated with the account as the username for logging in.

Hi, I am also having this same issue. My phone works fine, I can log into the website fine.. but the desktop app is saying "This app is restricted for Premium users only. Error Code: Accesspoint:22".
I have a Premium Family Account, so unsure why this has happened.

I am having this same issue. Premium Family plan too. I use facebook login. 

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, now the login works correctly.
