i had a normal account and at some point it switched to a family account

So i have paid for spotify for about 3 to 4 years now and at some point my account was compromised and someone made a family account and added their accounts to mine. I did not get notified of this ever and i just found this out now. i tried contacting you guys.. but like every other problem i had i never get replies...

i do not know any of these people at all and the fact that i payed for this is complete **bleep**. i hate apple but apple music seems like a much better idea than your guys horrible security and customer service. either this gets fixed or im gone.
