[iOS][Subscription] Can't link my kid account to my family plan

I recently bought an iPod for my daughter, I have been trying to link her Spotify account to my family plan, however, every attempt that I have tried hasn't worked. Spotify says that we need to be in the same address. I have my personal account open and see the address that I have submitted, I use the same address for my daughters account and Spotify still rejects it. It has been impossible to find a solution for this or to find someone tho help me.

Can you confirm that you've made sure the country settings of your Spotify account and that of your daughter's account match?

 

If they don't, we recommend you check out this support article, to see how to change the country setting.

 

If you're still having trouble adding your daughter to your Family plan, it would be great if you could send us a screenshot of the error message she gets, when trying to join.
