im on a family account but im still on free

im on a family account but im still on free

gravely disappointed in Spotify because I'm on a Spotify family account subscription and my mum paid the other day and it says I'm on the account but I'm still on free and I tried logging out and everything!!!!

Sounds awful 😞

Here's what to try if you've upgraded to Premium but don't see it in the app:

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • Ask your mom to remove you and reinvite you again to her Family.
  • Try signing back in as well as a clean reinstallation.
