impossible to add family member

This is such a pain. I've always had trouble adding family members to my account. It n ever works, spotify has the worst premium system ever. 

Ok so now, I moved from france to georgia. My niece lives with me, I send an invite, she puts my french adress, it doesn't work. 

I change my adress to georgia, same thing, when she tries to register, it says it's the wrong adress. What the **bleep** is wrong with you people ? Dont you understand , it should be easy to do. This is working horribly, I'm unsubscribing from premium. 

It's like the 5th time it happens, non of my family memebers have access to spotify and I've been paying for a few years..; Stupid me !
