We'd first recommend checking your Account overview page so that you can confirm the type of subscription that you currently have.
If the account you're using is on the free service but you're still being charged, it's possible that you're logged in to the wrong account. You can take a look at this article for some suggestions to find if you have any other accounts.
In case this doesn't work, you can reach out to our Support team here so that they can help further by checking the payments you've made and find the account you've been paying for.
