my husband get blocked from family membership

I updated my account from Premium membership to Family Premium membership last week. I invited my husband to Family Premium membership and this invite has approved. but later his membership was cancelled all of sudden by saying "address cannot be verified" but since he is my husband we are staying same HOUSE  as you guess 🙂 Could you please help me urgently as we can't use the application because of it?
