my invite link to my dad won't work!

I have sent my Dad a link having just signed up to the family subscription but when he tries to accept and clicks on the link in his email it just comes up in his account that - unable to join family plans and to get the family member to try resending email. Iv tried incognito tabs I have resent it time and time again and I have tried canceling the invite and sending a new one but nothing works.....

Hi!

Could it be that your countries and th zip codes don't match? You can see this on the  Account Overview and I think you should be able to change this.

I am having the same issue and our addresses/Post Code/Country are all the same.

My Spotify account overview does not give me the option to add my post code. I added it though when I signed up to family and gave my address. Both our countries are the same

Can someone please help??! I will have to cancel this subscription before it renews as there is no point me paying more just for myself!
