not same address for premium family

I am working  and living  in denmark but, because I am paying from a U.S. bank account, my region is United States. I can't invite my wife and kids because their region is Denmark, therefore not living at the same address, and I can't change the country.

Since you subscribed through a payment method from the United States, your account has been set up to that country. So you can enjoy the Premium features with all your family, it is necessary for you to pay using a payment method issued in Denmark.

In your case, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
