Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it haven't gone through successfully on our end. 

 

Keep in mind that in order for the payment to go through, you'd make sure that payment method you're using is meeting all of our requirements mentioned here.

 

On another note, by saying that you've paid but you can't access your Premium features, you got us thinking  that you have 2 accounts with us and you paid for another account. We'd recommend to take a look at this page to see what you can do to locate your second account.
