My Question or Issue

 I'm in a family plan with my parents and as of today all the three individual accounts have been set back to Free. We also have an email which proves that you (Spotify) had charged 8 euros 5 days ago (7/08/2018). We tried logging out and then logging in again, did not solve the problem. Looking forward to hear a solution. Thank you

Did you switch creditcards at all? this was a problem for me before. If you can't find anything just email Spotify a picture of the payment and tell them what happened.
